Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and nurture client relationships. The role focuses on generating leads, presenting solutions, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals and networking.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into customers and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused, target‑oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
