Sales Executive

About the role

Just Homestay is expanding its portfolio of premium villas, homestays and holiday homes across India. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to manage inbound customer enquiries, recommend suitable properties and turn leads into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements such as destination, dates, guest count, bedroom needs and budget.
• Suggest appropriate villas or homestays and address questions, objections and negotiations.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into bookings.
• Coordinate with property owners and internal teams to confirm availability and booking details.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow‑up records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, real estate or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident phone and WhatsApp communication with persuasive negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and meet sales targets.
• Own a laptop and be willing to work six days a week, including weekends/holidays when needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
