Sales Executive
Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] · Port Blair

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the right fragrance while meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
- Ensure compliance with store SOPs, etiquette and timing.
- Assist the store manager with stock management, including audits and requests to head office.
- Complete all required trainings within defined timelines.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to the CX department when necessary.
Required profile
- Graduate or fresher with a passion for sales.
- Preferably 2 years of retail sales experience with B2C brands, though freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
