About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Perfume Consultant to join our retail team. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fragrance while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide high‑level customer service and ensure satisfaction.
- Create and maintain promotional displays and in‑store merchandising.
- Follow store SOPs, etiquette and timing guidelines.
- Assist the store manager with stock management, audits and inventory requests.
- Complete all required trainings within set timelines.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Required profile
- Graduate or fresher with up to 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in B2C brands.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
