Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive is the first point of contact for customers exploring travel experiences with Dream On Travel. You will guide prospects through the booking journey, answer their questions confidently, and convert inquiries into confirmed trips.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, qualifying each lead.
• Explain trip itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and exclusions clearly to build confidence.
• Follow up on warm leads using provided cadences and templates.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of leads and their status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Coordinate with the operations team once a booking is confirmed to ensure seamless hand‑off.
• Relay customer feedback and recurring questions to marketing and leadership.

Required profile

• Graduate in any field; specialisation in marketing, communication, or travel is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement, preferably phone‑based.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
