About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the Delhi‑NCR region. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers in finding the right products and support the store’s daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions, payment policies and security procedures.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Assist with inventory tasks such as restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
