About the role

Malhar Music, an online music academy operating in over 12 countries, is expanding its course and app offerings. We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive student enrollment and support growth from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Engage prospective students via WhatsApp, guide them through enrollment, and convert leads into paying customers.
Maintain organized records of leads and follow‑ups, ensuring timely communication.
Onboard new students effectively and monitor their activity to prevent drop‑off.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, continuously improving performance.
Provide feedback on lead behavior, market trends, and sales tactics to the team.

Required profile

2–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in edtech or subscription‑based products.
Fluent English communication skills.
Based in Thrissur, India, or willing to relocate.

Required skills

Experience with WhatsApp Business tools such as Wati or Interakt.
