Sales Executive (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our customer base in Pune. This hybrid position combines phone and online outreach with scheduled client meetings, product demonstrations, and relationship building. You will work closely with prospects to understand their needs and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, online research, referrals and networking.
• Contact potential customers, understand their requirements and schedule meetings across Pune.
• Present and demonstrate our products, follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Maintain leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with decision‑makers and new people.
• Knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to travel locally for calls and meetings.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English preferred.
• Basic computer, WhatsApp and email knowledge.
• Freshers welcome; sales experience is a plus.
