Sales Executive – Healthcare Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of our healthcare products and software solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new clients across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories and healthcare administrators.
• Present and demonstrate healthcare products and software solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and business presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to promote company offerings.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of sales experience in healthcare, HealthTech, hospital management systems, EMR/EHR or related solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing or a related field.
