About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead the growth of our FMCG portfolio, which includes hair care, edible oils, spices, and coconut oil products. The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & distribution targets.
- Manage distributors and strengthen channel relationships.
- Drive market expansion and increase product availability.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure product listings, visibility, and optimal shelf placement.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade).
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- Target‑driven with strong execution capabilities.
