Sales Executive – Flooring Industry (Mumbai/Thane)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth within the wooden, vinyl, and carpet flooring market in the Mumbai/Thane region. The role focuses on building relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high‑net‑worth clients to generate and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through architects, builders, and interior designers.
• Generate leads, conduct site visits, and convert specifications into orders.
• Schedule and lead meetings with principal architects and interior designers.
• Maintain a comprehensive specification and order‑book database.
• Follow up on leads to secure confirmed orders and ensure billing.
• Prepare and manage sampling sheets while tracking all lead activities.
• Build and sustain strong, long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the wooden, vinyl, or carpet flooring industry.
• Proven experience dealing with architects, interior designers, builders, and HNI clients.
• Strong lead generation and business development capabilities.
• Resides in Mumbai, Thane, or nearby areas and owns a vehicle.
