Sales Executive – Field Sales Role

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue across all regions of Bihar. This is a 100% field‑based position that involves frequent client visits and direct interaction with prospects to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass assigned departmental sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product and service presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales and financial reports.
• Ensure stock availability for demonstrations and client meetings.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall sales performance.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical or a graduate degree in any stream with industry sales experience (preferable).
• Proven experience in a sales executive or similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and quick to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM software.
