Sales Executive – Field Sales (Pune)

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a field‑sales position focused on acquiring new customers for our media services. You will work directly with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through our product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers across Pune.
• Make outbound calls, conduct field visits, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings.
• Understand client requirements and present our solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and address queries.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Record leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and in‑person meetings.
• Strong follow‑up and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel within Pune and surrounding areas.
• Good knowledge of Pune’s geography and market.
• Basic computer, WhatsApp, and email proficiency.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
