• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through field outreach and relationship building.
• Understand customer challenges and share relevant market insights with the internal team.
• Represent COAB professionally during client interactions.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to support product improvements and roadmap discussions.
