Sales Executive – Distribution & Market Development

About the role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the distribution network for our milk product portfolio within an assigned territory. You will work closely with distributors, manage logistics, and provide market insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for primary and secondary sales.
• Develop and grow the distribution network through strong relationships with distributors.
• Collect sales realization data and reconcile outstanding payments promptly.
• Organize logistics to ensure timely delivery of milk products to outlets.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activity, and gaps in marketing strategies.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Gather market and customer information for strategic decision‑making.
• Advise on upcoming product developments and coordinate special promotions.
• Oversee distribution channels to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, distribution, or field sales within FMCG or similar sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Familiarity with assigned local routes and distribution logistics.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a track record of resolving issues effectively.
