Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

Kamal Motors, an authorized Tata Motors dealer, is looking for a full‑time Sales Executive to promote its commercial vehicle range in Goa. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping them select the right Tata vehicle and financing solution.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through showroom visits and field outreach.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tata commercial vehicle models.
• Explain product features, financing options, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Negotiate terms within company guidelines and coordinate test drives.
• Manage sales and delivery documentation, ensuring a smooth hand‑over.
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and service teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the sales CRM and follow up on leads.
• Support local marketing and promotional activities to meet individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills in English and local languages.
• Basic understanding of commercial vehicles or willingness to learn quickly.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills with accurate record‑keeping.
• Ability to work on‑site, travel locally for client visits, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior automotive or B2B field‑sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.
• Valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence preferred.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
