Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

Woodworks Keralam is seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to manage enquiries and guide customers through the journey from initial contact to order confirmation. The role focuses on converting leads into projects for custom furniture and interior woodwork.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements for custom furniture and woodworking projects.
• Qualify leads, coordinate consultations and site visits.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain customer information and follow‑ups using a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Project Coordinator and production team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow‑up abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive mindset with ownership of the sales process.
• Fluent in Malayalam and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for data handling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and customers.
