Sales & Customer Experience Trainer

About the role

Uniliv is seeking a full‑time Sales & Customer Experience Trainer to join its Noida office. You will design and deliver training programs that boost sales performance and elevate customer service standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and on‑the‑floor training sessions for sales and support teams.
• Develop training materials, modules, and curricula tailored to Uniliv’s business goals.
• Coach team members on effective communication, relationship‑building, and customer support techniques.
• Assess skill gaps, monitor performance metrics, and provide feedback and refresher training.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer support leaders to continuously refine training content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or customer‑experience training, preferably in hospitality, real‑estate, or service‑oriented sectors.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted development plans.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Psychology, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi with the ability to present clearly to mixed audiences.
