Process Trainer - Manager - Lending (North & East)

About the role

Paytm is seeking an experienced Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for sales teams across its lending products and processes in the North & East region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on lending products, sales processes, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as presentations, manuals, SOPs, assessments, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and field‑based sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to create practical learning experiences.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and feedback, identifying learning gaps.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to improve productivity, customer handling, and conversion rates.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to methodology and content.
• Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, regulatory guidelines, and evolving business needs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or training delivery within banking, NBFC, fintech, or lending.
• Strong understanding of lending products, sales processes, and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the designated region.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree; certification in Training & Development is a plus.
