Key responsibilities

• Represent the BMW brand with professionalism and pride.
• Engage with premium customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide high‑level after‑sales support and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Ensure the showroom and vehicles are presented to the highest standards.
• Participate in BMW‑certified training and continuous development programs.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury automobiles and premium customer service.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation abilities.
• Well‑groomed, confident, and professional appearance.
• Prior experience in premium automotive sales or luxury hospitality/retail/aviation.
