About the role
As a Sales Co‑worker you will be the front‑line contact for customers in an IKEA store, helping them find the right solutions for their homes while delivering a friendly and efficient shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Approach customers proactively, identify their needs and recommend suitable IKEA products.
- Maintain your sales area clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked according to IKEA merchandising standards.
- Promote IKEA’s product range, services and sustainability commitments to enhance the customer journey.
- Support department sales goals, monitor top‑selling items and manage stock availability.
- Participate in commercial activities and help implement store and department action plans.
Required profile
- Strong active selling mindset and ability to create satisfied customers.
- Confident, polite and friendly communication style.
- Enthusiastic team player with good organisational skills and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
