Sales Co-worker – Customer Service & Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Co‑worker you will be the front‑line contact for customers in an IKEA store, helping them find the right solutions for their homes while delivering a friendly and efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers proactively, identify their needs and recommend suitable IKEA products.
• Maintain your sales area clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked according to IKEA merchandising standards.
• Promote IKEA’s product range, services and sustainability commitments to enhance the customer journey.
• Support department sales goals, monitor top‑selling items and manage stock availability.
• Participate in commercial activities and help implement store and department action plans.

• Confident, polite and friendly communication style.
• Enthusiastic team player with good organisational skills and a sense of urgency.
