Sales Associate – Retail Eyewear

About the role

Lenskart is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver an outstanding in‑store experience for eyewear customers in its Indian locations. You will guide shoppers through free eye‑check‑ups, recommend suitable frames and lenses, and help achieve store revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every walk‑in customer, promoting the free eye‑check‑up service.
• Maintain store standards, conduct stocktakes, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Understand customer needs, present appropriate product recommendations, and convert conversations into sales.
• Achieve assigned targets for sales, eye‑test conversions, and manage returns.
• Coordinate product pickup, verify lens accuracy, and handle post‑sale customer communication.
• Uphold Lenskart hygiene and security standards for displays, frames, and equipment.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Ability to ask relevant questions and identify unstated customer needs.
• Attention to detail for product verification and store upkeep.
• Commitment to meeting sales targets and following SOPs.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
