Sales Advisor – Retail Fashion

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the front‑line ambassador of H&M, delivering an outstanding in‑store experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store and help them find the right products while embodying the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless customer journey from entry to checkout.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and inviting sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, fashion or retail environments.
• Passion for fashion and a strong desire to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced setting.
• Good communication skills, curiosity about store technology and a willingness to learn.
• Flexible, action‑oriented attitude.
