About the role
The Area Manager will drive the expansion and performance of the Bosch Car Service network in the assigned territory. This includes overseeing workshop development, parts business, and service initiatives to increase customer footfall and meet enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Expand the Bosch Car Service network within the designated area.
- Manage the Bosch Parts business across network workshops.
- Achieve DMS enrollment and adoption targets at BCS workshops.
- Deploy service development policies and lead key initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationship management and workshop quality standards (SQA & SQT).
- Initiate and implement sales campaigns to boost customer footfall.
Required profile
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a reputable institute.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge of sales/service functions, concept selling, and dealer development.
- Effective communication, influencing, and leadership abilities.
- Preferred experience in the automobile aftermarket with direct garage sales.
