Sales Advisor – Retail Customer Service

About the role
As a Sales Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers in an H&M store, helping them discover fashion that fits their style while delivering a friendly and efficient shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through the store, offering product knowledge and styling advice.
- Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Passion for fashion and a desire to help customers express their individuality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible attitude.
