Safety & Security Manager

About the role

Hilton is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to oversee security, fire prevention and safety across its hotel operations. The role ensures protection of guests, team members and property while maintaining compliance with government regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and supervise Hilton International Safety & Security Management and Fire Prevention Regulations across all departments.
• Organize daily patrols, security checks and report/remove potential accident or fire hazards.
• Plan emergency procedures, conduct fire and security drills, and lead on‑site guidance and rescue operations.
• Deliver safety, fire prevention and advanced training to team members and Safety & Security Officers.
• Collaborate with police, fire control bureaus and other authorities to investigate criminal cases and fire incidents.
• Develop security plans for VIP activities and ensure guest safety.
• Maintain strong relationships with government agencies and internal departments, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.
• Enforce hotel policies, security and emergency procedures among all team members.

Required profile

• College graduate or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of hotel security management experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in security and fire control fields.
