Food Production Specialist – Hotel Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Food Production Specialist to join the kitchen team at Regenta Central City Vilas Ambala. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Chamoli and focuses on preparing high‑quality dishes that meet the hotel’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to support seamless service during all shifts.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking techniques, preferably within a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Formal culinary training or relevant certification is an advantage.
