About the role

Granimals is seeking experienced physiotherapists to join its Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Consultation Team. In this remote position you will assess clients online, pinpoint the underlying causes of musculoskeletal injuries, and co‑create clear recovery roadmaps alongside the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive online injury assessments using the RCA framework.
• Identify root causes of musculoskeletal issues with precision.
• Explain findings and structured rehabilitation plans (phases, duration, cost) confidently.
• Collaborate with sales closers to guide clients toward appropriate services.
• Address client mindset blockers with logical, professional explanations.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and discipline.
• Commit to long‑term collaboration as a core team member.

Required profile

• Licensed Physiotherapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Exceptional diagnostic ability for injuries, especially knees, back, and shoulders.
• Strong knowledge of exercise prescription and progression for rehabilitation.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident, authoritative presence comparable to a medical professional.
• Proven ability to educate and influence clients toward structured rehab plans.
• High level of professionalism and work discipline.
• Willingness to commit long‑term to Granimals’ mission.
