Rooms Trainer

About the role
The Rooms Trainer will lead training initiatives for the Rooms division, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by developing and implementing effective training programs across all rooms‑related departments.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs for all rooms‑division teams and design tailored training programs.
- Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, monitoring participant progress.
- Analyze existing processes, recommend improvements, and update training materials accordingly.
- Promote Hyatt’s People Philosophy and brand standards throughout the hotel.
- Maintain training records, evaluate program effectiveness, and report outcomes to management.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a trainer in a large hotel or hospitality operation.
- Strong presentation, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
