Room Attendant

About the role

Arlo Hotels is looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join its Wynwood property in Miami. You will be responsible for delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring each room meets the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and stock the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies before each shift.
• Clean and turn guest rooms, including bed making, linen replacement, bathroom sanitation, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, trash compactors, and linen shoots.
• Vacuum and tidy guest corridors, elevators, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Report lost‑and‑found items, damages, and any safety incidents to the Housekeeping Manager.
• Follow health, safety, and chemical handling guidelines (MSDS) and adhere to Arlo’s housekeeping standards.
• Participate in pre‑shift meetings and sign in/out of master keys daily.

Required profile

• Polite, courteous, and respectful interaction with guests at all times.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain integrity in handling guest belongings.
• Strong personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication with housekeeping managers and other hotel departments.
