Roblox Developer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Roblox Developer to join our game development team. You will design, develop, and optimise immersive Roblox experiences while collaborating closely with designers, artists, and backend engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging games and experiences on the Roblox platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable Lua code using Roblox Studio.
• Implement game mechanics, UI systems, physics, and multiplayer features.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, animators, and designers to bring concepts to life.
• Optimise performance for smooth gameplay across devices.
• Integrate monetisation systems such as in‑game purchases and game passes.
• Debug, test, and maintain game features post‑launch.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Roblox platform updates, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of game development experience, preferably on Roblox.
• Strong proficiency in Lua scripting.
• Hands‑on experience with Roblox Studio.
• Good understanding of game physics, UI/UX, and gameplay mechanics.
• Experience with multiplayer development and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling workflows and asset integration.
• Problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
