RFP Specialist – APAC Regional Team

About the role

Invesco’s APAC RFP team is looking for a Specialist to support the preparation and delivery of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). You will work closely with internal subject‑matter experts to produce accurate, high‑quality client materials and help maintain a consistent proposal content library.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and edit responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs using approved templates and content.
• Coordinate with regional RFP team members and internal experts to gather required information.
• Maintain the RFPIO database with up‑to‑date approved content and supporting documents.
• Assist in creating and editing investment marketing materials such as presentations and client‑facing documents.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, are grammatically correct and delivered on time.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience working on RFPs, RFIs or DDQs in the financial services sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Post‑graduate qualification such as an MBA in Finance is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using the RFPIO proposal management platform.
