Revenue Executive – Hotel Revenue Management

About the role

The Revenue Executive will drive revenue performance for ITC Hotels by analysing business trends, demand patterns, pricing and inventory across all distribution channels. You will work closely with stakeholders to optimise pricing, forecast demand and ensure data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly business trends, pickup rates and pricing performance.
• Support pricing and revenue‑optimization strategies in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Analyse variance between forecasts and actual performance, reviewing lead times and pickup patterns.
• Maintain accurate data across all revenue‑related systems.
• Manage inventory and pricing for Brand.com, third‑party websites and GDS channels.
• Conduct weekly revenue meetings and drive productivity through direct‑channel initiatives.
• Prepare business forecasts for all units in the cluster based on historical trends and market changes.
• Review and update the Best Available Rate and demand calendar for the next 365‑day window.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
