Retail Store Manager

About the role

Philocaly Menswear is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its Dehradun outlet. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and shift planning.
• Ensure the store is well‑presented, stocked, and merchandising standards are met.
• Drive sales performance, monitor key metrics and implement promotional strategies.
• Manage customer interactions, resolve service issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Enforce retail loss‑prevention procedures and oversee cash and inventory controls.
• Train, coach and develop team members.
• Collaborate with brand leadership on reporting and store‑level initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven customer service abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and mentoring staff.
• Demonstrated experience in store management, team supervision and merchandising.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention and basic inventory control processes.
• Prior experience in fashion or retail store management preferred; menswear experience an advantage.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends and peak retail hours.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Familiarity with retail software for inventory and sales tracking.
