Retail Salesperson – Store Front

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson to join our Crunzo store in Saharanpur. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find bakery items, coffee, snacks and everyday essentials while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain attractive product displays and keep shelves stocked and clean.
• Operate the billing system or cash register, process transactions and follow pricing and return policies.
• Support in‑store promotions and share product knowledge with shoppers.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and high customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and interpersonal skills with clear communication.
• Basic sales abilities, including upselling and product recommendation.
• Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work weekends or holidays.
• Prior retail, grocery or food‑service experience is a plus.
• High school education or equivalent; basic literacy and numeracy.
• Willingness to learn Crunzo products and follow food‑safety and hygiene standards.
