About the role

Vutto is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to join its demand team. You will greet walk‑in customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right refurbished two‑wheeler, ensuring a seamless showroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors, providing detailed product information.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable refurbished two‑wheelers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective engagement and negotiation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of stock, pricing, features, and benefits.
• Coordinate with operations for vehicle delivery, documentation, and after‑sales service.
• Keep the showroom organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
• Handle POS transactions and complete necessary sales paperwork.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Enthusiastic, target‑driven, and comfortable in a fast‑paced showroom environment.
• Basic understanding of two‑wheeler models, features, and market trends (training provided).
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
