About the role

Heads Up For Tails is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our store. You will step in for the assistant or store manager when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to our mission of enhancing the lives of pets and their families.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑level customer satisfaction through attentive sales service.
Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
Keep the store fully stocked and organized.
Identify and respond to customers’ needs and preferences.
Stay updated on product information and promotions.

Required profile

Proven experience in retail sales.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer‑service oriented attitude.
Passion for animals (preferred).
