Retail Associate – Luxury Eyewear

About the role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a passionate Retail Associate to join its luxury eyewear stores. You will guide customers through every step of their journey, from styling high‑fashion frames to delivering a memorable in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and customizing premium frames from brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Prada, Ray‑Ban and more.
• Promote and champion luxury eyewear brands, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Provide premium, personalized service that creates lasting impressions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and incentive programs.

Required profile

• Previous retail and sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine empathy for customers.
• Strong passion for high‑fashion and luxury brands.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
