Restaurant Steward – Customer‑Focused Service Role

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Stewards to join our restaurant team at Connaught Place. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, following order specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Set up tables and ensure proper presentation before each service.
- Adhere to hygiene and food‑safety standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic queries politely.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Pleasant personality with a customer‑friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
