About the role

The Restaurant Manager will support strategic initiatives of the Food & Beverage Service Department, creating memorable moments for guests while fostering an empowered team environment. Acting as a brand ambassador, the role ensures all work follows corporate policies, procedures and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives of the Food & Beverage Service Department.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and a high‑quality guest food & beverage experience.
• Lead the team to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Deputize for the Head of Department, taking ownership of assigned areas.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to control costs, inventory and achieve productivity targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive programmes that improve service standards, profitability and incorporate environmental considerations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal audit requirements.
