Restaurant Host – Front‑of‑House Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Host to join our new 20‑seat restaurant in Adyar, Chennai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through the dining experience and ensuring they feel at home.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Manage seating arrangements and run tables efficiently.
• Present the set menu, answer guest queries and provide detailed menu knowledge.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front‑of‑house environment.
• Work the assigned shift hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Warm, approachable personality with a genuine hospitality attitude.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Salary range ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (negotiable).
