Responsible Business Assistant Manager

About the role

This position offers a professional with solid climate‑reporting experience the chance to shape the Responsible Business strategy for a global group. Reporting to the Senior Responsible Business Manager, you will act as the subject‑matter expert on the energy transition and support ESG initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the annual Responsible Business Report and align disclosures with GRI, SASB and ISSB/TCFD standards.
• Gather, validate and analyse ESG data from cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage submissions to sustainability rating platforms such as EcoVadis and CDP, monitor scorecards and develop improvement action plans.
• Perform GHG emissions calculations (Scope 1, 2 and relevant Scope 3) following the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064, and support target setting including SBTi alignment.
• Coordinate internal and external assurance processes to validate ESG KPIs and maintain audit trails.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Procurement, Finance and Compliance to collect data, develop sustainability initiatives and create performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in climate reporting and ESG data management.
• Strong understanding of energy transition trends and responsible business frameworks.
• Ability to work across multiple departments and influence stakeholders.
