Residential Sales Executive

About the role

The Residential Sales Executive will join Boston Services in Jaipur to drive the adoption of rooftop solar solutions for households. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on prospecting, presenting, and closing residential solar deals while ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify residential prospects for rooftop solar installations.
• Conduct site visits and deliver clear, informative sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals, follow up leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with technical, project, and operations teams to ensure accurate system sizing and timely installation.
• Maintain sales records, manage pipeline in CRM, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Participate in local promotional activities, awareness camps, and stay updated on industry trends, incentives, and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in residential sales, solar, or telecom infrastructure is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Jaipur market and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, ethical, and comfortable working in the field.
