Resident Engineer – Civil (Railway/ROB Project)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to lead civil works for railway and Road Over Bridge (ROB) projects at our Mumbai site. You will ensure that construction is executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all railway and ROB construction activities.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Lead site engineers, inspectors, and contractor teams.
• Coordinate with railway authorities, contractors, and consultants.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, DPRs, and work programs.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, measurements, and billing.
• Resolve technical issues on site and guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with contractual, statutory, and safety requirements.

Required profile

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered).
• 12–15 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in railway or ROB projects.
• Prior experience as Resident Engineer or Senior Site Engineer on Indian Railways, Metro, or highway projects.
