Resident Doctor

About the role

We are seeking qualified Resident Doctors (RMO) to join our medical teams across several locations in India, including Chandouli, Delhi, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu and Bihar. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care within intensive care units and supporting the overall clinical operations of the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical assessment and treatment to patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators and other life‑support equipment.
• Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses and allied health staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Participate in emergency response and on‑call duties as required.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) recognized by the appropriate medical council.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience working in an intensive care setting.
• Valid registration to practice medicine in India.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations as needed.

Required skills

• ICU patient management experience.
• Proficiency in emergency and critical care procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities.
