About the role
The Resident Construction Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects from start to finish, acting as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate logistics and collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain status reports, tracking project progress and issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership experience.
