About the role
We are seeking a Requirement & Project Manager specialized in the Mechanical domain to lead requirements activities for customer projects. You will act as the central point for eliciting, breaking down, and tracing mechanical requirements, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet all regulatory and customer standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, breakdown, and traceability using DOORs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, project managers, QMM, and internal teams.
- Interpret and decompose requirements from regulations, customer norms, and CRS.
- Support the Project Manager in Quality Gate reviews and preparation.
- Ensure all requirements are traceable and fulfilled within project timelines.
- Maintain effective communication across all project participants.
Required profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in requirements management or project management within the mechanical sector.
Required skills
- DOORs (requirements management tool).
