Repair Technician

About the role

The Repair Technician is a core member of our manufacturing team, responsible for assembling, repairing, inspecting, and packaging products. You will work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assembly, product repair, quality inspection, and packaging tasks following established work instructions.
• Perform process maintenance on the production line under supervision to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct testing and quality controls to verify product specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to issue materials to the line and stage products for delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve standard operational issues using existing procedures.
• Participate in waste disposal and maintain cleanliness of the production site and equipment.
• Manage time effectively to meet task deadlines and sustain productivity.
• Engage in continuous learning through coaching and peer collaboration.

Required profile

• Diploma or graduate degree with at least 3 years of experience in assembly and product repair within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality inspection processes and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with production line operations and material handling.
• Experience with waste disposal and environmental compliance.
• Nice‑to‑have: knowledge of machinery maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, vocational training in production technology, or background in process improvement methodologies.
