Remote Registered Nurse – GLP-1 Injection Coaching

About the role

We are seeking a patient‑centric, tech‑savvy Registered Nurse to join our remote clinical team. You will guide patients through self‑administration of GLP‑1 medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro via video consultations, ensuring they feel confident and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑on‑1 video sessions to coach patients on the step‑by‑step injection process.
• Educate patients on medication storage, pen priming, site rotation, and safe sharps disposal.
• Provide guidance on managing common side effects and escalate clinical concerns when needed.
• Address needle‑related anxiety with empathy and professional reassurance.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time electronic health records for every interaction.

Required profile

• B.Sc in Nursing or Diploma in Staff Nursing.
• 1‑2 years of clinical experience; experience in endocrinology, weight management, or diabetes education is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical instructions.
• Willingness to attend a one‑week in‑person training in Delhi.
