Remote Non‑IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for non‑technical positions across fast‑moving D2C, retail, logistics and e‑commerce businesses. The role is fully remote and focuses on building pipelines for supply‑chain, operations, digital marketing and retail management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from role definition to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for specialized non‑IT functions such as supply‑chain, e‑commerce operations, digital marketing and retail management.
• Use niche job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed and social media to source both active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers across retail and warehouse teams to forecast hiring needs and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Assess candidates for skills, cultural fit and industry‑specific performance metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of hands‑on recruitment experience focused on non‑IT sectors.
• Proven track record placing talent in D2C, retail, supply‑chain/logistics or e‑commerce environments.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and digital recruitment tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
